POLLARD "Georgia Columbia County In the name of God, Amen. I Robert D. Pollard of said State and County, being of sound mind and disposing memory, and not knowing the day of my ?bition; deem it right and proper that I should make disposition of the property with which a kind Providence has blessed me. I therefore make this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and annulling all others hereotfore made by me. Item 1st I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent and Christian - like manner suitable to my circumstances and condition. My soul, I trust, shall return to rest with God who gave it, for I hope for eternal salvation through the Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ whose religion I have professed and through whose merits I plead for a rest in that eternal mansion prepared for the Faithful. Item 2d I desire that all my just debts be paid without delay by my Executor hereafter named. Item 3 I will and bequeath to my Dear Beloved Brother L.A. Pollard my man Abednigo and my boy Ive. Item 4th I will and bequeath to my brother L.A. Pollard all my crop and the residue of my Estate after the payment of my just debts and the Legacy now to be named Item 5 I will and bequeath to my nephew J.? M. Miles One Hundred Dollars Item 6 I constitute and appoint my Beloved brother L.A. Pollard Executor to this my last will and Testament this Jany 4th 1860 R.D.
