ZACARIAH POLLARD (or Zaccheus?)

"This is the last will and testament of me Zacariah Pollard

First my just debts are to be paid

I bequeath to Samuel Pollard two negro girls namely Charlotte and Sarah also all 
my Corn and Cotton my cattle also seven or eight in number

I bequeath to Levi Pollard three Shares in this tract of land and to Samuel two 
shares

I bequeath the Barlee? tract to Samuel and to Robert D. Pollard Samuel to have 
the house part I bequeath my ?ule and shop tools to Samuel Hardy

My Hogs mules and horses I desire to be sold

All my plantation tools I bequeath to Samuel Pollard also my Waggon & gear
