Amen. I Thomas Wilkins of said state and County being at this time of sound mind and disposing memory thanks be given to almighty God, do make this my last will and testament hereby revoking all others by me made. First It is my wish that all my just debts be paid at as early a period as possible Secondly I give and bequeath unto my dearly beloved wife Sarah H. Wilkins during her lifetime all the property of whatever nature that I may die possessed of Thirdly, My desire is that after the death of my wife my grand son Thomas B.W. Olive have the following negroes (ie) my negro woman named Kizza and her future increase from this date also my boys Tom and Enoch children of the said woman Kizza togeather with an equal share of my estate with my other grand children Fourthly, After the death of my wife I wish my estate not expressly bequeathed to be sold and out of the proceeds of said sale it my wish that my daughter Thankfull Bartlett have one hundred dollars provided she is then living and the balance to be equally divided between all my grand children to be paid to them as they may arrive at legal age, reserving one acre of land for a family grave yard and that part containing myself and family I wish neatly pa? (word smudged) in and paid for out of my estate the said acre of ground to be laid out sqare running east and west north and south and a plat of the same recorded in the clerks office of said county Fifthly, In addition to the bequest in the third item it is my desire that my grand son Thomas B.W. Olive have my faithfull and trusty old servant Mima Sixthly, In case that John Laughlin grand son of my wife does not come forward and identify himself as such to receive a certain negro girl named Betsey the said girl Betsey is to belong to my grand son Thomas B.W. Olive and no other person and not subject to division Seventhly, I do hereby appoint my friend James D. Green of said county my executor to carry out my wishes and desires in the above and foregoing and request that he should accept the said appointment and carry out my will and desires.
