To whom these presents shall come, Greeting, know ye that on the seventh day of March one thousand eight hundred and fourteen the last will and testament of William Zachry late of the State and County aforesaid deceased was proved approved and allowed of the said deceased having whilst he lived and at the time of his death divers goods chattels and credits within the county aforesaid by means whereof the approbation and allowing testament of any way concerning and the power granting administration of all and singular the goods and chattels rights and credits and testament of any way concerning was granted to and committed to Nancy Zachry Jefse Atherton, James Yarbrough and William William Zachry anmed in the last will and testament , they being first sworn according to law do make a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the goods and chattels rights and credits of the said deceased and to exhibit the same unto the clerks office of the Court of Ordinary to be recorded written there monthly from the date hereof and render a just and true account calculation and reckoning thereof when they unto required.
