                CENTENNIAL EDITION - THE ADEL NEWS
                    Adel, Cook County, Georgia
                         April 22, 1973
                    Dr. Edward F. Bourguine
     Dr. Edward F. Bourguine was one of the early doctors in Adel. 
The son of Dr. Stephen W. Bourguine of Brooks County, Edward
graduated from atlanta Medical College in 1894.
     Dr. Bourguine married the former Miss Sallie N. Parrish,
daughter of Arch Parrish in 1895.  To them were born Haxel and Archie
Will.
     Dr. Bourguine practiced here until his death in 1907.
