 Irene Morris Bostic, 87, of Adel died Nov. 10, 2010 at Tift Regional Medical Ce
Center after a sudden illness. 
 Born Feb. 18, 1923, in Nashville to the late Andrew and Lou Jordan Morris, she h
had lived in Cook County since 1946. She was a homemaker and attended Massee B
Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Selmon Bostic, Sr.
 Survivors include a son and daughter-in law, Freddie Ann and Selmon Bostic, 
Jr. of Adel; grandchildren, Dewade and Amy Bostic, Brad and Katrina Bostic, 
Jonathan Bostic, Elizabeth Bostic, Rachel Bostic, Sarah Bostic all of Adel; 
brother-in-law and sister-in-law, John and Dorothy Bostic of Bemiss; sister-in-law,
Mary Kewon of Midland, TX; special friend, Velma Buckholts of Adel.
 Funeral services were held Nov. 13 at 11 a.m. at Massee Baptist Church with De.
Stanley Hendricks and the Rev. Gary Gary James officiating.
 Interment was in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
