Mr. Dale Johnson, 42, of Adel, passed away Jan. 12, 2009, at his residence. He 
was born on March 2, 1966 in Cook County to Lounell Bullard Johnson and the 
late William Elwood “Bill” Johnson. He was a dispatcher with Reames and Son 
Construction and was of the Pentecostal faith. He is survived by one son, 
Garrett Johnson of Nashville, Ga.; one daughter, Brianna Johnson, Nashville, 
Ga.; mother, Lounell Bullard Johnson, Adel; two sisters and brothers-in-law, 
Karen and Ronnie Spires, Nashville, and Sheila and Darlow Maxwell of 
Milledgeville. He was preceded in death by one brother, Kevin Johnson. Funeral 
service will be held Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2009, at 4 p.m. at Community Calvary 
Holiness Church with the Rev. L.C. Harnage and the Rev. Lawton Watson 
officiating. Interment will be held in Wilkes Cemetery. The family will 
receive friends this evening form 7-9 p.m. at Boone-Lipsey Funeral Home, Hwy. 
41 South. - Boone-Lipsey Funeral Home, Adel.
