  Betty Lynch, 78, of Adel passed away Saturday, July 11, 2015, at Cook Medical 
Center.
 Mrs. Lynch was born December 30, 1936, to the late Bryan and Oda Belle Hancock 
Henderson.
 Survivors include her husband of 61 years, John W. Lynch, Jr. of Adel; daughter, 
Peggy (Ron) Thompson of Pensacola, FL.; son, Ronnie W. Lynch of Adel; 
grandchildren, Brett J. (Shannon) Thompson, Kelly (Jason) Roper, Mary (Kyle) 
Vickers, Christopher (Megan) Thompson, Bryan Lynch and Ashley Lynch; great 
grandchildren, Samantha Thompson, Alex Roper, Taylor Vickers, Morgan Thompson, 
Avery Vickers, Landon Thompson and Kathyrn Roper; sisters, Virginia (Don) Rothwell 
of Gainesville, FL, Carolyn Henderson of Sparks, JoAnn Smith of West Berrien, and 
Linda Lindsey of Nashville.
 Mrs. Lynch was preceded in death by her brother, Buddy Henderson; and sister, 
Genevieve Robinson.
 Funeral services were held Monday, July 13 at Purvis Funeral Home with Rev. 
Mickey Lindsey officiating.
 Serving as active pallbearers were Brett Thompson, Chris Thompson, Jason Roper, 
Kyle Vickers, Bran Lynch, Samantha Thompson.
