[missing title] RELIEF. 1833 Vol. 1 -- Page: 289 Sequential Number: 133 Full Title: AN ACT to manumit and set free Mary, a woman of colour, and her child Cordelia, now the property, wife and child of Lovewell C. Fluellin, a free man of colour. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Georgia, in General Assembly met, and it is hereby enacted by authority of the same, That from and after the passing of this act, Mary, a woman of colour, and her child Cordelia, now the property, wife and child, of Lovewell C. Fluellin, a free man of colour, shall be manumitted and set free, from slavery, and shall be entitled to all the rights, immunities, and privileges, as though she and her child Cordelia had been born free.
