Agreement bet Margaret Montgomery & Thomas Bozeman 01 Sep 1823 Georgia

Articles of agreement M(page torn) & Entered into between Margaret 
Montgomery of the one part & Thomas Bozeman of the other part witnesseth 
that the said Margaret Montgomery is to put in possession of the said 
Bozeman one Negro by the name of Allen for the Sum of Twelve Months for 
which the Said Negro is to work in the crop or any other work the Said 
Bozeman May think proper to put him also Mrs Montgomery is to find one
work Horse for which She the Said Margaret Montgomery is to draw one 
third part of all the crop that he the Said Bozeman Makes from under 
our hands this the 1st day of September 1823
