Wilbur Evans Addy, 23 Jan 1894 - 26 Feb 1912.  
The grave is at Tranquil Cemetery - near Turin, Coweta Co., Georgia 

Shows how Evans tombstone is broken in half but I did get it put
together to take a quick shot of it together
