Witnesseth that the said William H Beavers for and in consideration of the Sum of nineteen hundred ($1900.00) dollars to him in hand paid by the said Robt W Hendrix the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged does by these presents give grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Robt W Hendrix his heirs and assigns a certain tract of land situate lying and being in the original Second district of the County of Coweta now the third district and State of Georgia known and distinguished in the plan of said district by the number fifty four (54) together with all the privileges thereto in anywise appertaining to have and to hold the above granted premises to the said Robt W Hendrix his heirs and assigns in fee simple, and the said William H Beavers will and his heirs executors and administrators shall the said property to the said Robt W Hendrix his heirs executors and administrators forever warrant and defend against the lawful demands of all persons whatever.
