Coweta County Deed Book M, page 199

State of Georgia   }  This indenture made and entered into  this twenty 
fourth day of  March in Coweta County    }   the year of our Lord Eighteen 
hundred and Sixty eight  between George W Bryant and Nancy J Bryant Formerly 
Nancy Hendrix of the one part and William H Hendrix George C Hendrix Charles 
J. Elizabeth I James M Hendrix minor orphans of George W Hendrix deceased all 
of the county and state aforesaid.  Witnesseth that the said George M Bryant 
and Nancy J. Bryant for and in consideration of the Sum of Seven hundred and 
Ninty four dollars to them in hand paid by George M Bryant their guardian 
have granted bargained sold and conveyed and do  by these presents grant 
bargain sell and convey unto the said William H George C Charles J. Elizabeth 
J and James M  Hendrix minor orphans as aforesaid all that tract or parcel of 
Land Situate lying and being in the Second District of said County and known 
and distinguished  in the plan of said district as Two thirds of Lot of Land 
Number Sixty nine containing one hundred and thirty five acres, more or less  
Together with all and singular the rights members and appertenances thereto 
belonging or in any wise appertaining to have and to hold said tract or 
parcel of Land to the said William H George C, Charl J Elizabeth J and James 
M Hendrix their heirs and assigns forever in fee simple and the Said George W 
Bryant and Nancy J. Bryant for themselves their heirs Executors administrator 
or assigns the said bargained tract or parcel of Land to the said William H 
George C Charles J Elizabeth H and James M Hendrix their heirs and assigns 
will and forever the right and title thereof will warrant and forever defend 
against the claim of themselves their heirs Executors or administrators and 
against the claim of all persons whatever 

In witness  whereof the said George W Bryant and Nancy J Bryant have hereunto 
set their hands & seals the day & year first before written
