M. Bussey of the County of Coweta of the one part and Henderson H. Fry of the County of Coweta of the other part. Witnesseth that the said J. M. Bussey for and in consideration of the Sum of Two Hundred dollars in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted, bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed and confirmed and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell, alien, convey and confirm unto the said H. H. Fry his heirs and assigns all that tract of land (10) Ten acres off of lot of land No (306) Three Hundred and Six in the first dist of said county it being part of the West half, of said lot, situated & described as follows. Commencing at the corner of Fambro and Freeman land running the North to a point to a slab, then West to a post then South to the public road leading from Senoia to Griffin, then down said road to the starting point Containing Ten acres more or less, including the House, known as the Joseph Bussey House. To have and to hold the said bargained premises with all and singular the rights, members and appurtenances thereto appertaining to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of him the said H. H. Fry his heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns in Fee Simple. And the said J. M. Bussey the said bargained premises unto the said H. H. Fry his heirs, executors administrators and assigns against the J. M. Bussey his heirs, executors, and administrators and against all and every other person or persons shall and will warrant and forever defend by virtue of these presents. In witness whereof the said J.
