This Indenture, Made the 4th day of October, in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety, between George E. Camp of the County of Coweta, of the one part, and John H. Fry of the County of Coweta, of the other part, Witnesseth: That the said G. E. Camp for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred and Seventy Dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed, and confirmed, and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell alien, convey, and confirm unto the said J. H. Fry, his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the town of Moreland North side of Camp Street and known in the plan of said town as lots No forty one (41) and forty three (43) bounded on the North by line running from State Road East to land of A. J. Windom, and East by lot No thirty nine (39) and South by Camp Street, and West by Cemetery and lot No forty five (45) containing about five (5) acres more or less, and being part of land lot No One hundred and fifty- five (155) Second District of Coweta County corners and lines as run and established by John B. Goodwin Surveyor of Coweta County and designated by plat of town of Moreland. To have and to hold the said bargained premises with all and singular the rights, members, and appurtenances thereto appertaining, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of him the said J. H. Fry, his heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, in fee-simple. And the said G. E. Camp the said bargained premised unto the said J. H. Fry, his heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, against the said G. E. Camp his heirs, executors, and administrators, and against all and every other person or persons, shall and will warrant and forever defend, by virtue of these presents. In witness whereof, the said Snowden Bouner has hereunto set his hand affixed his seal, and delivered these presents the day and year first above written.
