McClure late of said State and County Deceased of the one part and George W Hendrix of the other part Witnesseth that Whereas by virtue of an order granted by the Honorable Court of Ordinary of Said County previous notice of application having been given agreably to the Statute in such case made and provided on the first Monday in October to Said Hiram Camp administrator as aforesaid to sell the real Estate belonging to the Estate of Said Deceased Situate lying and being in the county aforesaid known and distinguished as Lot No Sixty Nine in the Second District containing Two Hundred Two & one half acres with the rights members & appurtenances thereto. After the said Land was duly advertised in conformity to Law the same was put up and exposed to Sale to the highest bidder at the door at the Court House at Newnan in said County within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in December Eighteen Hundred and fifty eight by said Hiram Camp administrator as aforesaid when said Land was knocked off to said George W. Hendrix at the price or sum of Sixteen Hundred & Twelve 50/100 Dollars he being the highest & best bidder. Now for & in consideration of the said sum of Sixteen Hundred and Twelve 50/100 Dollars cash in hand paid to said Hiram Camp administrator as aforesaid by him said George W. Hendrix at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged said Hiram Camp administrator as aforesaid hath granted bargained sold and by these presents doth grant bargain and sell unto the said George W. Hendrix his heirs Executors & administrators and assigns the said Lot of Land Number Sixty Nine in the Second District of said County with all the rights members and appurtenances thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto him the said George W. Hendrix his heirs executors administrators and assigns to his and their own proper use benefit & behoof In witness Whereof the said Hiram Camp administrator as aforesaid hath hereunto set his hand & affixed his seal the day and year above written Signed Sealed & Delivered in presence of George Hendrix Hiram Camp , adm.
