Fry of the county of Henry of the other part Witnesseth that the said Samuel Cook for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and twenty dollars in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt thereof is hereby acknowleged; have granted bargained sold aliened, conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien convey and confirm unto the said John G. Fry his heirs and assigns all that tract on Lot of land known and distinguished by number Eighty five in the second district of the fourth section or Coweta and state aforesaid containing by estimation two hundred two and a half acres be the same more or less drawn by the said Samuel Cook he having given in for said draw in one hundred and eighteenth district of Hancock county. To have and to hold the said tract or lot of land with all singular the rights members and appurtainences thereof whatsoever to the said John G. Fry being belonging or in any wise appertaining with the remainder and remainders reversion and reversions unto fines and profits thereof to the only proper use benefits and behoof of him the said John G. Fry his heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple and the said Samuel Cook his heirs executors and administrators the said bargained land an appurtenances unto the said John G. Fry his heirs executors administrators and assigns against the said Samuel Cook and against his heirs executors and administrators and all and every other or persons shall and will warrant and ever defend the virtue of these presents.
