This file was contributed by: Beth Collins collins@negia.net ==================================================================== Coweta County Deed Book D, page 108 Georgia } This Indenture made this the Ninth day of March Eighteen hundred and Thirty Coweta County} five between James Echols of the one part & John G Fry of the other part both of the county and state aforesaid Witnesseth that said James for and in consideration of the Sum of Fifty dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath this day Granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto him the said John G Fry his heirs and assigns All the south west part of Lot (No 119) One Hundred and Nineteen in the second district of said county containing Forty five acres more or less to have and to hold said parcel of Land unto him the said John G. Fry his heirs and assigns together with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereof to the same in any wise belonging thereto to his and their own Proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee simple And the said James for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators to the said bargained premises unto the said John G Fry his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the right and title thereof against themselves and against the claim of all other persons whatsoever In Witness whereof the said James hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year above written Signed sealed & delivered in the presence of K W.
