This Indenture, Made the 7th day of November 1883, Between Alvan D Freeman duly Constituted administrator of the estate of Prince Sewell late of Said County deceased of the one part and H H Fry of the said County of Coweta of the other part. Witnesseth that in pursuance of an order of the Court of Ordinary of Said County granted at the September Term 1883 of Said Court authorizing the said Administrator to sell the below described real estate of said deceased, the said Alvan D Freeman admr after leave granted and before the sale, over a week for four weeks legally advertised the same for sale as the property of the deceased on the first Tuesday in Novr 1883 in the Newnan Herald a newspaper having a general circulation in the County where said lands are located and on the said first Tuesday in November between the usual hours of sale did expose said land for sale at public auction, at the place of public sales of said County, When the same was bid off by said H. H. Fry, he being the highest and best bidder, at and for the Sum of Two Thousand and Seventy (2070) Dollars. Now the said Alvan D Freeman as administrator as aforesaid for and in consideration of the sum of Two Thousand and Seventy (2070) Dollars to him does hereby sell and convey unto the said H. H. Fry his heirs and assigns, the aforesaid land, to wit, Lot of land Number Two Hundred and twenty two (222) situate lying and being in the original Fifth (5th) District of Said County of Coweta and containing Two Hundred, two and one half acres, more or less. To have and to hold the said bargained premises unto the said H. H. Fry his heirs, Executors, Administrators and assigns forever in fee simple in as complete a manner as the said deceased held the In testimony whereof, the said Alvan D.
