This Indenture, Made the 5th day of Jany, in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety one (1891), between B. J. Fry of the County of Coweta, of the one part, and John H. Fry of the County of Coweta, of the other part, Witnesseth: That the said B. J. Fry for and in consideration of the sum of Eleven hundred dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed, and confirmed, and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell alien, convey, and confirm unto the said J. H. Fry, his heirs and assigns the west half of lot of land Number one hundred and fifty two (152) in the original Second (2nd) District of said County of Coweta containing one hundred and one half acres more or less - To have and to hold the said bargained premises with all and singular the rights, members, and appurtenances thereto appertaining, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of him the said J. H. Fry, his heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, in fee-simple. And the said B. J. Fry the said bargained premised unto the said J. H. Fry, his heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, against the said B. J. Fry his heirs, executors, and administrators, and against all and every other person or persons, shall and will warrant and forever defend, by virtue of these presents. In witness whereof, the said B. J. Fry has hereunto set his hand affixed his seal, and delivered these presents the day and year first above written.
