H. Fry of the State and county aforesaid duly constituted administrator of the Estate of John Hindsman late of Said county deceased of the one part, and the Said H. H. Fry duly and legally appointed guardian of Nancy Elizabeth Hindsman and John F. Hindsman minor orphan of David J. Hindsman of the other part. Witnesseth, that whereas by virtue of an order granted by the ordinary of said county (previous notice of application having been given in the Newnan Herald a news paper published in the city of Newnan according to law in such cases made and provided) to said H. H. Fry administrators aforesaid to Sell a certain fifteen acres more or less of lot of land number 216 in the Second District of Said County lying contiguous to and adjoining on the North Side the down of Mrs Elizabeth Hindsman, Said fifteen acres herein further described by boundary lines Also to sell Sixty three acres more or less of said lot of land, the same being and being described as the dower of Said Elizabeth Hindsman (as per plat of same in Clerks Office of Superior Court of Said County) and Sold Subject to said dower: Said lands belonging to the Estate of said deceased, and situate lying and being in the County aforesaid and known as parts of said lot 216 in Second District originally. And after the said parcels of land now duly advertised in conformity to law to wit: in said Newnan Herald the same was put up and exposed to sale to the highest and best bidder, at the court House door at Newnan, in said county, within the legal hours of sale, on the first Tuesday in December. This inst 1877 by said H. H. Fry administrator as aforesaid when each of said parcels of land was knocked off to said H. H. Fry Guardian as aforesaid - the fifteen acres at the price and sum of Thirty dollars; and the Said Sixty three acres (down as aforesaid and sold subject to said dower) at the price and sum of Thirty dollars together at the price & Sum of Sixty dollars Now for and in consideration of said sixty dollars cash in hand paid to Said H. H. Fry administrator as aforesaid by him said H. H. Fry Guardian of said Nancy E & John F Hindsman (the receipt whereof is acknowledged hereby) Said H. H. Fry administrator as aforesaid hath granted bargained and sold and doth hereby grant bargain sell and and convey (so far as his office of administrator authorize him) unto Said H. H. Fry Guardian of said Nancy E. John F. Hindsman their heirs and assigns the said fifteen acres more or less of lot of land number 216 in said Second district of said county and lying contiguous to and adjoining on the North side the down of Mrs. Elizabeth Hindsman bounded as follows to wit, commencing at the Road and running along the line of Elizabeth Hindsman dower a west corner to Mrs Bates line thence a North course on the original line to John Morris line thence East along said Morris' line to the Road - thence up said road to the beginning point: and also the Said Sixty three acres more or less of said lot of land no. 216 the same being the dower and described as the dower by meets and bounds as per plat of the land of Record in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of said County, of said Elizabeth Hindsman (and said Sixty three acres sold subject to said dower) all in said Second district of said County and containing in aggregate Seventy Eight acres more or less, with all the rights members and appurtenances thereto belonging or pertaining to him Said H. H. Fry Guardian of said minors their heirs and assigns in as full and ample a manner as Said two parcels of land was seized and possessed and enjoyed by Said John Hindsman deceased in his life time. In witness whereof the said H. H. Fry Administrator as aforesaid hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year above written Signed, Sealed and delivered In presence of H. H.
