This Indenture made the 30th day of November in the year of Our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty Three, Between H. H. Fry of the County of Coweta of the one part, and B. T. Thompson of the County of Coweta of the other part, Witnesseth: That the said H. H. Fry for and in consideration of the sum of Two Thousand One Hundred and Seventy Dollars in hand paid at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted, bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed, and confirmed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, convey, and confirm unto the said B. T. Thompson his heirs and assigns that tract or parcel of land, consisting of lot Number Two Hundred and Twenty Two (222) situate lying and being in the Original Fifth District of said County of Coweta and Containing Two Hundred and Two and one half (202 1/2) acres more or less. To have and to hold the said bargained premises with all and singular the rights, members and appurtenances thereto appertaining to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of him the said B. T. Thompson his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns in Fee Simple. And the said H. H. Fry the said bargained premises unto the said B. T. Thompson his heirs, executors administrators and assigns against the said H. H. Fry his heirs, executors and administrators and against all and every other person or persons shall and will warrant and forever defend by virtue of these presents. In witness whereof the said H. H. Fry has hereunto set his hand, affixed his seal and delivered these presents, the day and year first above written. H. H.
