A. Fry as the Executrix of Coweta County } the last Will and testament of H. H. Fry late of said county deceased and John H. Fry of the same place, Witnesseth that in pursuance to the terms of said Will the said M. A. Fry as Executrix as aforesaid does hereby convey unto the said John H. Fry, his heirs and assigns Fifty acres of land off of the East side of the East half of lot No One hundred and fifty two (152) Situate lying & being in the (2nd) second District of said County of Coweta. To have and to hold the above conveyed premised unto the said John H. Fry his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple, in as complete a manner as the said deceased held the same - In testimony whereof the said M. A.
