Georgia      Coweta County
	For and in consideration of the sum of Five Hundred dollars in hand 
paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged M A Fry as the Executrix of 
the last Will and Testament of H H Fry late of said county decd of the County 
of Coweta State of Georgia do hereby give grant sell alien and convey unto 
John H Fry of the County of Coweta State of Georgia his heirs and assigns the 
following property to wit    fifty acres off of the East half of lot of land 
No one hundred and fifty two in the Second 2nd District of said County.   Said 
land sold by said Executrix by virtue of the authority given her in the will 
of said deceased said sale being in her opinion for the interest of all 
parties interested
Together will all priveliges and appurtenances thereto in any wise belonging 
in fee simple.  And the said vendor will and her heirs executors 
administrators and assigns forever warrant and defend against the lawful 
demands of only each persons or claim under her as such executrix
In witness whereof the said M A Fry as such Executrix has hereunto set her 
hand affixed her seal and delivered these presents this 4th day of January 
1893
