Georgia Coweta County For and in consideration of the sum of six hundred dollars in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Mrs. Mary A Fry, Mrs Nannie E Jones and J F Hindsman of said Coweta County and Mrs Emmie E Fife of the county of Fayette State of Georgia do hereby give, grant, sell, alien and convey unto John H Fry of the county of Coweta state of Georgia his heirs and assigns the following property to vit. All of the north west quarter of lot of land Number one hundred and sixty eight (168) in the second Dist. Of said Coweta County described as follows Begin at the North west corner of said lot No 168 and run east Twenty one & 68/100 chains to land this day deeded to H W Camp thence south twenty two & 50/100 chains, thence west Twenty one & 68/100 chains thence north Twenty two & 50/100 chains to the beginning point. Also all that past of the west half of lot Number one hundred and fifty three (153)in said district which lies south of the public Road leading from Moreland to Grantville which road runs through and across said west half of said lot 153 both said tracts containing fifty four & 57/100 acres more or less, together with all privileges and appertenances thereto in any wise belonging in fee simple And the said vendor will and his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns shall the said property to the said vendee his heirs executors, administrators and assigns forever warrant and defend against the lawful demands of all persons whatever.
