To have & hold said Estate or parcel of property unto them the said F A Hendrix J P Hendrix & H H Hendrix their heirs & assigns together with all & singular the rights members and appertenances to the Same in any manner belonging to them and their own proper use benefit & behoof forever in fee Simple.
