Hendrix of the one part and Robert W. Hendrix of the other part both of the County & State aforesaid Witnesseth that the said George W. Hendrix for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred Dollars to him in hand paid at & before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath bargained granted sold and conveyed and by these presents doth grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Robert W Hendrix his heirs and assigns the undivided half of one hundred acres of Land of Lot Number fifty Eight (58) in the second District of said County lying East of the Gordon Road running from Newnan to Silas Gordons. To have and to hold said tract or parcel of Land unto him the said Robert W Hendrix his heirs and assigns together with all and singular the rights members & appertunances thereto belonging or in any wise belonging or in anywise appertaining to his and their own proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee simple And the said George W. Hendrix for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators & assigns the said bargained premises unto the said Robert W. Hendrix his heirs Executors and Administrators will warrant and forever defend the right and title thereof against himself his heirs Executors Administrators & assigns & against the claims of all and every other person or persons whatever In testimony whereof the said George W.
