Hendrix for and in consideration of the sum of Eight Hundred and Six Dollars & Twenty five cents cash to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold and conveyed & doth by these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Robert W. Hendrix his heirs Executors & administrators and assigns all that tract or parcel of Land situate lying & being in the second district of the fourth Section of Coweta County and State of Georgia known and distinguished in the plan of Said district as No. Thirty Eight containing One hundred and one fourth acres more or less it being the East half of same lot of Land To have and to hold all and singular the premises aforesaid with all the rights members & appurtenances to the said Robt. W. Hendrix his heirs executors administrators and assigns forever in fee simple And the said G. W. Hendrix will forever warrant & defend the right & title of said premises from any heirs executors administrators & assigns for their own proper use benefit & behoof forever In Testimony whereof the said I have hereunto set my hand and seal this day and date above written Signed Sealed & Delivered in presence of J.
