Hendrix of the county aforesaid the other part Witnesseth that the said Henry H Hendrix in for said consideration of the sum of five hundred & fifty five Dollars to him in hand at or before the sealing & delivery of these presents paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold, aliened & conveyed & confirmed by these presents doth grant bargain sell alien convey & confirm unto the said Robert W. Hendrix his heirs & assigns one half that tract or lot of land situate lying & being in the Second District of County of Coweta known & distinguished by undivided west (?) half number fifty nine (59) containing one hundred one & one fourth acres more or less to have & to hold the said tract of land unto ____ the said Robert W.
