Hendrix of the County of Coweta & State of Georgia of the one part and Robert W Hendrix also of the county aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth that the said Henry H. Hendrix for and in consideration of the Sum of five hundred and fifty five Dollars to him in hand paid at & before the sealing & delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed & confirmed by these presents doth grant bargain sell alien convey & confirm unto the said Robert W Hendrix his heirs & assigns one half that tract or lot of Land situated lying & being in the Second District of Coweta County known & distinguished by undivided acres (?) Lot number fifty nine (59) containing one hundred one & one fourth acres more or less to have & to hold the said tract of land unto the said Robert W. Hendrix his heirs & assigns together with all & singular the appurtenances hereunto belonging to his & their own proper use benefit & behoof forever in fee simple & the said Henry H. Hendrix for himself his heirs executors and administrators the said bargained premises unto the said Robert W Hendrix his heirs & assigns will warrant & forever defend the rights & ______ against himself his heirs & against the claim of all persons whatsoever in testimony whereof the said Henry H.
