For and in consideration of the sum of Five Dollars in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I, Martha J. Hendrix of the county of Coweta State of Georgia, do hereby give, grant, sell, alien and convey unto R W Hendrix of the County of Coweta, State of Georgia, his heirs and assigns, the following property, to-wit: all of lot of land number ninety six (96) containing Five Hundred two & one half acres more or less and the northwest quarter of lot of lot land number ninety seven (97) containing fifty acres more or less. All lying in the original second (2) District of said county and bounded on the north by the Robertson land on the east by the old west Carmical land, on the south by Robert Hunter and Dr. J T. Jones. This conveyance is made by said Martha J. Hendrix in person. Together with all privileges and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging, only proper use, in fee-simple. And the said vendor will and her heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, forever warrant and defend against the lawful demands of all persons whatever. In witness whereof, the said Martha J.
