Hendrix Administrator of the State & county aforesaid duly constituted Administrator of the Estate of George Hendrix late of said State & county deceased of the one part and Henry H Hendrix of the other part Witnesseth that whereas by virtue of an order granted by the Honorable Court of Ordinary of Said County previous notice of application having been given agreeably to the Statute in such case made and provided on the third day of September 1866 to Said Robert W. Hendrix administrator as aforesaid to sell the real Estate belonging to the Estate of Said Deceased Situated lying and being in the county aforesaid known and distinguished as lot number fifty nine in the Second District containing two hundred two & 1/2 acres with the rights members & appurtenances thereto belonging After the said Land was duly advertised in conformity to law the same was put up and exposed to Sale to the highest bidder at the door at the Court house at Newnan in said county within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in November Eighteen hundred & Sixty Six by said Robert W. Hendrix administrator as aforesaid when said land was knocked off to said Henry H Hendrix at the price or sum of five hundred and Six Dollars he being the highest & best bidder now for & in consideration of the said sum of five hundred & six Dollars cash in hand paid to said Robert W. Hendrix administrator as aforesaid by him said Henry H Hendrix at & before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged said Robert W. Hendrix administrator as aforesaid hath granted bargained & sold & by these presents doth grant bargain & sell unto the said Henry H Hendrix his heirs Executors & administrators & assigns the said lot of land number fifty nine in the Second district of said County with all the rights members & appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining unto him the said Henry H Hendrix his heirs executors administrators & assigns to his & their own proper use benefit & behoof In witness Whereof the said Robert W Hendrix administrator as aforesaid hath hereunto set his hand & affixed his seal the day & year above written Signed Sealed & Delivered in presence of Robert W Hendrix A.
