State of Georgia }   This Indenture made the Eighteenth day of November in the year of  Our
Coweta County   }  Lord One Thousand eight hundred  and Seventy nine Between Robert W. 
Hendrix of the County of Coweta of the one part and Joseph T Reese and William A Turner of 
the County of Coweta of the other part  Witnesseth that the said Robert W.  Hendrix for and in 
consideration of the sum of Eleven Hundred Dollars in hand paid at and before the Sealing and 
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted bargained, 
sold, aliened, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, 
convey, and confirm unto the said Joseph T. Reese & William A Turner their heirs and assigns, 
all  that Tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the Original Second District of Said 
County and being the East and South East part of lot of land number Twenty Six (26) and so 
distinguished in the plan of Said district, and commencing at the Original South East Corner of 
Said lot, and running North on Original line to Branch Thirty five and one half (35 1/2) chains - 
Thence West thirty one chins to rock corner.  Thence South Thirty five and a half (35 1/2) to 
South line of Said lot and to a rock corner, and thence on Original line to beginning point Thirty 
one (31) chins, Said tract of land containing One hundred and Ten (110) Acres  To have and to 
hold with all and singular the rights members and appurtenances thereto appertaining, to the only 
proper use benefit and behoof of them the Said Joseph T Reese & William A Turner their heirs 
Executors administrators and assigns in Fee Simple. And the said Robert W Hendrix the Said 
bargained land unto the said  unto the said Joseph T Reese & Wm A Turner  their heirs 
Executors administrators and assigns, against the Said Robert W Hendrix his heirs Executors 
administrators and against all and every other person or persons shall and will warrant and 
forever defend by virtue of these presents
 In witness whereof the said Robert W Hendrix has hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal and 
delivered these presents the day and year first above written
