This file was contributed by: Beth Collins collins@negia.net ==================================================================== Coweta County Deed Book O, page 95 State of Georgia } This Indenture made this twenty ninth day of December AD eighteen Coweta County } hundred and seventy two between John Hindsman of the one part and H H Fry of the other part both of said County and State affore said Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of two thousand dollars by the said H H Fry to the said John Hindsman in hand paid at and before the signing sealing & delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said H H Fry his heirs and assigns all that Tract or parcel of land situate lying & being in the second district of Coweta known and distinguished in the plan of said district by Lot number one hundred and fifty two in said district containing two hundred two and half acres more or less to have and to hold the described said bargained premises unto him the said H H Fry together with all the rights members and appurtenances there unto belonging or in any wise appertaining to the same with the said H H Fry his heirs assigns for their own use benefit and behoof forever in in fee simple and the said John Hindsman for himself and his heirs Executors administrators the said Bargained premises unto the said H H Fry his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the rights and title thereof against the Clame of themselves and the Clame of all other persons whatever in testimony whereof the said John Hindsman hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year above written Signed Sealed and delivered in presents of us his John H McWilliams John x Hindsman J C Meadows N P Ex officio J P mark Recorded March 19th 1877 E C Palmer Clerk
