This file was contributed by: Beth Collins collins@negia.net ==================================================================== Coweta County Deed Book M, page 348 State of Georgia } This indenture made this September the 20th in the year of our Lord one Coweta County } thousand Eight hundred and Sixty nine between John Hindsman of the one part and David Hindsman of County of Coweta State of Georgia of the other part witnesseth that the said John Hindsman for and in consideration of the Sum of one thousand Dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained and sold and doth by these present grant bargain sell and conveyed unto the said David I Hindsman his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of Land Situate lying and being in the Grantville District of Coweta County known and distinguished as No 216 except seven acres heretofore sold off for Rail Road rights corner also one and a half acres sold Israel Hindsman containing 174 one hundred seventy four acres more or less to have and to hold said tract or parcel of Land unto him the said David I Hindsman in any manner belonging to his own personal use benefit behoof forever in fee simple and the said John Hindsman for him self his heirs his executors and administrators the said bargained premises unto to the said David I Hindsman his heirs and assigns will warrant and for ever defend the right and title thereof against him self and against claims of all others persons in witness whereof I the said John Hindsman hath here unto set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year above written Signed Sealed & Delivered his in presents of John x Hindsman John M Stallings mark Robert O.
