This Indenture, made and entered into this the 18th day of March Nineteen hundred and one, between Martha E. Hindsman and Martha A. Young of the one part, and Nancy E. Hindsman of the other part, all heirs of the estate of m. C. Hindsman, late of said county and state, and all of said county and state, WITNESSETH that the said Martha E. Hindsman and Martha A. Young for an in consideration of the sum of Fifty dollars in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant bargain, sell, release and forever quit-claim to the said Nancy E. Hindsman her heirs and assigns, all the right and title and interest they the said Martha E. Hindsman and Martha A. Young have in and to the following described lands belonging to the estate of the said m. C. Hindsman, Eighty acres off lot number 258, twenty off lot number 259 situated in second district of Coweta county, in said state bounded on the north by Walker Jackson and R. H. Hardaway, east by J. H. Williams, south by Sallie Keith lands, Net Upshaw lands and Mrs. M. F. Hindsman, on the west by George Hearst and Walker Jackson. Also fifty acres more or less, off north east corner of land lot number 13 bounded on the north by Mrs. Lucy Wortham, east by lot number 97, south by Leander Colley, west by W. I. Upshaw. And two hundred two and one half acres being land lot number 97 except three acres out of the south east corner bounded on the north by I. F. Williams, east by M. Colley, south by Frank Pullen, on the west by Leander Colley, and the above described fifty acres, situated in the old 11th nor Lutherville district of Meriwether county. State of Georgia. Together with all the rights and privileges thereto belonging. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said tracts of parcels of land to the said Nancy E. Hindsman, her heirs and assigns, so that the said Martha E. Hindsman and Martha A. Young, nor their heirs or any other person or persons claiming unsaid. IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said Martha E. Hindsman and Martha A.
