Hindsman Benjamin H Hindsman for himself and ward Michell S Hindsman George S Steven and wife Lucy A Stevens all of said County of the first part and J H McWilliams and Mariah C McWilliams of the same place of the Second part Witnesseth that whereas the Heirs at Law of said deceased agreed among themselves to sell and dispose of all the real estate included in the Homestead of said deceased at public outcry and whereas the Honorable Court of Ordinary of said County satified and confirmed said sale and whereas the said J H McWilliams and Mariah C McWilliams bought the tract or parcel of land here in after described at said sale on the 17th day of January A D 1870 at and for the sum of Twelve hundred & seventy three Dollars which was the highest sum bid for the same at said sale Now the said heirs at Law of the first part for and in consideration of the sun of Twelve hundred and Seventy three Dollars to them in hand paid the recept whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained aliened sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargane alien sell and convey unto the said party of the second part all this tract or parcel of land situate and lying in the Grantville District of said County included in said Homestead containing one hundred and fifty five (155) acres more or less bounded as follows on the north by the lands of F M Flisk on the soth by the lands of Sarah A L Hindsman on the south by the lands of Nancy Camp and on the west by the lands of Bettey (Bettsy?)
