This file was contributed by: Beth Collins collins@negia.net ==================================================================== Coweta County Deed Book M, page 347 State of Georgia } This indenture made this February the 24th in the year of our Lord one Coweta County } thousand Eight hundred and Sixty between Peter Hindsman of Spalding County same state above and John Hindsman of Coweta Co & State above written of the other part Witnesseth that the said Peter Hindsman for and in consideration of the Sum of Twelve hundred (12000) to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained and sold and conveyed unto the said John Hindsman his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land Situated lying and being in the Second Dist of Coweta County known and distinguished as No 216 except seven acres hereto sold of for Railroad rights containing (195 1/2) one hundred & ninety five & half acres more or less to have and to hold said track or parcel of land unto him the said John Hindsman his heirs and assigns together with all and singular the rights members and appertenances thereof to the same in any maner belonging to his own proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee simple and the said Peter Hindsman for him self his heirs executors and administrators the said bargain premises unto to the said John Hindsman his heirs and assigns will warrant and defend the right and title there of against him self and against the claims of all others persons whatever in witness whereof the said Peter Hindsman hath here unto set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year first written Signed Sealed & Delivered in presents of Peter Hindsman W G Arnold J C Meadows J.
