This file was contributed by: Beth Collins collins@negia.net ==================================================================== Coweta County Deed Book G, page 556 - 557 Georgia } This Indenture made this fifth day of March one thousand Eight hundred Coweta County} and forty five between Hugh Ingram of the County and State aforesaid of the one part and Garet Hendrix of Coweta County and State aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth that said Hugh Ingram for and in consideration of the sum of Four hundred Dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged granted bargained sold and does by these presents grant bargain and sell unto the said Garret Hendrix his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of Land contain Two hundred two and a half acres more or less and distinguished by No sixty in the second District of Coweta County To have and to hold said tract or parcel of Land unto him the said Garret Hendrix his heirs and assigns together with all and singular the rights members and appurtenances thereof to the same in any manner belonging to his and their own proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee simple -- And the said Hugh Ingram for himself his heirs Executors and administrators the said bargained premises unto the said Garret Hendrix his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the right and title thereof against themselves and against the claims of all other persons whatever In witness whereof the said Hugh Ingram hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year above written Signed sealed & delivered in the presence of John McCollum Hugh Ingram Willis Allen JP Recorded 14th Jany 1846 B H Mitchell Clerk
