Georgia	}  This Indenture made this the 18th day of December in the year 
1874 between
Coweta County}  Thos M Jones of said County  of  the one part and Carey 
Hughen of the Second part   Witnesseth that the said  Thomas M Jones for and 
in consideration of the Sum of  Nine hundred dollars to him in hand paid by 
the said Carey Hughen  the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged has 
remized released granted bargained and forever quit claimed and by these 
presents doth remise release grant bargain sell and quit claim unto said 
Carey Hughen his heirs and assigns East half of Lot of Land Situate in the 
Second district of Said County and Known in the plan of said District as half 
of Lot ninety five   To have and to hold the said premises all the privileges 
and appurtenances thereto perlaying neither the said Thomas M Jones his heirs 
nor any person have claim or demand any right or title to the aforesaid 
premises or to one part or parcel    In witness whereof the Said Thomas M 
Jones has here unto set his hand and seal the day and year above written
