This Indenture, Made the First day of December, in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety two between Joseph L Kirby of the County of Coweta, of the one part, and Mary A. Fry of the County of Coweta, of the other part, Witnesseth: That the said Joseph L Kirby for and in consideration of the sum of Twelve Hundred and fifty in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed, and confirmed, and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell alien, convey, and confirm unto the said Mary A Fry, her heirs and assigns that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the second (2nd) District of Coweta County. The same being the east half of the south half of land lot Number Seventy four (74) in second district of Coweta County containing fifty (50) acres more or less and bounded as follows North by the Land of Lewis Johnson on East by Land of Jno M Hill on South by Tho Heam place and West by land of R T Carpenter The said described land being one fourth of lot number seventy four (74) in Second District of Coweta County. To have and to hold the said bargained premises with all and singular the rights, members, and appurtenances thereto appertaining, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of him the said Mary A Fry, her heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, in fee-simple. And the said Joseph T. Kirby. the said bargained premised unto the said Mary A Fry her heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, against the said Joseph T Kirby his heirs, executors, and administrators, and against all and every other person or persons, shall and will warrant and forever defend, by virtue of these presents. In witness whereof, the said Joseph T Kirby has hereunto set his hand affixed his seal, and delivered these presents the day and year first above written.
