Fry of the same place of the other part Witnesseth that the said Jacob Land for & in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred Dollars to him in hand paid at and before the signing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby at and before the signing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained & sold and do by these presents bargain sell and deliver unto John G. Fry a certain Tract or parcel of Land situate lying and being in the second district of Coweta County and known and distinguished in the plan of said district by Number One Hundred & nineteen being the whole of said lot Except Forty Five acres forming a Square on the south west corner of said original lot of Land Number One hundred & nineteen the said bargained premises containing one hundred & fifty acres and a half acres be the same more or less together with all and singular the rights members and appurtenances belonging or in any wise appertaining I warrant and forever defend from myself my assigns Executors and Administrators & every other person or persons to claim the same unto the said John G.
