W. McCullum in hand paid by Carey Hughens both of Said County and State the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge the Said D. W. McCullum of the above County do hereby give bargain grant sell alien and convey unto the said Carey Hughens his heirs & assigns the following Property: Forty Five and three fourths 45 3/4 acres more or less of the north West Corner of lot of land number Ninty Six (96) in the Second District of Coweta County Ga Together with all the Privelages and appurtenances thereunto in any wise belonging In fee Simple And the Grantor will and his heirs executors and administrators shall the said Property to the said Grantee his heirs representatives and assigns forever Warrant and Defend against the lawful demands of all Persons whatsoever Signed and Sealed this 24th day of Dec 1878 in presence of D.
