This file was contributed by: Beth Collins collins@negia.net ==================================================================== Coweta County Deed Book F, page 73 Georgia } This Indenture made and entered into this the twenty third day of October in the Coweta County} Year of Our Lord One thousand Eight hundred & thirty five between Johnson McElroy of the state and county aforesaid of the one part and Michael Hinesman of the same place of the other part Witnesseth that I Johnson McKleroy hath this day for & in consideration of the sum of Four hundred and fifty dollars in hand paid by the said Michael Hinesman at and before the signing and delivery of these presents the receipt is hereby acknowledged Bargained & sold and do by these presents Bargain sell & deliver unto the said Michael Hinesman all that tract or parcel of Land lying and being in the second district of Coweta County & Known in plan of said district by the North half of (No 185) one hundred & Eighty five of said district containing one hundred one and one fourth acres be the same more or less. To have and to hold all land singular the above named premises with all the rights and appertenances appertaining to the in fee simple forever unto the said Michael Hinesman his heirs and assigns, And I the said Johnson McKleroy do hereby bind myself my heirs and assigns forever to defend the above named premises unto the said Michael Hinesman his heirs & assigns against myself my heirs or against the claims of any person or persons whatever laying any lawful claim to the same, In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and date above written Signed Sealed and delivered in the presence of Batty H Mitchell Johnson McKleroy Willis Kilgore J.P.
