This Indenture, Made the 8th day of December, in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and two, between Hill Moore of the County of Coweta, of the one part, and John H Fry of the County of Coweta, of the other part, Witnesseth: That the said Hill Moore for and in consideration of the sum of Seventeen Hundred Dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed, and confirmed, and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell alien, convey, and confirm unto the said John H Fry his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Second district Coweta County containing one hundred seventy & two thirds acres, more or less, being all of land lot number one hundred & thirty seven (137) excepting thirty acres more or less off the south west corner belonging to G. W. Matthews bounded as follows: Viz: North and east by lands of H. W. Camp, south by J.H. Fry and west by G. W. Matthews To have and to hold the said bargained premises with all and singular the rights, members, and appurtenances thereto appertaining, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of him the said John H. Fry, his heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, in fee- simple. And the said Hill Moore the said bargained premised unto the said John H. Fry, his heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, against the said Hill Moore his heirs, executors, and administrators, and against all and every other person or persons, shall and will warrant and forever defend, by virtue of these presents. In witness whereof, the said Hill Moore has hereunto set his hand, affixed his seal, and delivered these presents the day and year first above written.
