This file was contributed by: Beth Collins collins@negia.net ==================================================================== Coweta County Deed Book O, page 96 State of Georgia } This Indenture made this the eight day of December in the year Eighteen Coweta County } hundred and seventy six between William D Orr of said State and county of the one part and Henry H Fry of the same place of the other part Witnesseth that the said William D Orr for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred dollars cash in hand paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged hath bargained and sold and by these presents doth remise release and forever quit claim to said Henry H Fry his heirs and assigns all the right title interest claim or demand the said William D Orr has or may have in and to sixty acres of land in the south west corner of lot of land number one hundred and eighteen in the third district of said county of Coweta Said sixty acres of land bounded on the north & East by the lands of H H Fry on the South by lands of James Worthorn and on the West by the lands of M N Colley with all the rights members and appurtenances to said sixty acres of land in any wise appertaining or belonging To have and to hold the Said Sixty acres of land to the said Henry H Fry his heirs and assigns so that neither the Said William D Orr nor his heirs nor any other person or persons claiming under shall at any time hereafter by anyways or means have claim or demand any right title or interest in or to said sixty acres of land or its appurtenances or any part thereof In testimony whereof the said William D Orr hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his Seal the day and year above written Signed Sealed and delivered I presence of W D Orr _ A Jackson Recorded 19th of March1871 _ _ Brewster Ordy E C Palmer Clerk
