I have no clue as to the meaning of "enterlined the word twenty" at the end of the document. - Lowell Johnson Coweta County, Georgia: indenture between Sarah Phillips and Reuben Phillips - 8 November 1827 Coweta County Deed Book A, page 155 Georgia ) This indenture made the eighth day of November eighteen Pike County) hundred and twenty seven between Sarah Phillips of the county and state afforsaid of the one part & Ruben Phillips of the same county and state of the other part Witnesseth that the said Sarah Phillips for & in consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars to her in hand paid the receipt whareof is hearby acknowledged have given granted bargained & sold unto the said Ruben Phillips all that tract or lot of land lying in the fourth section now coweta county in the second district (therein?) distinguished in said survey by lot number one hundred forth six which land and premaces I the said Sarah Phillips do forever warrant & defend from myself my hears or assigns and all and every other person or persons whatsoever in feesimple unto the said Ruben Phillips his hears and assigns to have only use benefit and behoof in witness whareof I have hearunto set my hand and affixed my seal the day and date first above mentioned sined sealed and delivered in the phreasants of us enterlined the word twenty - her Sarah x Phillips (seal) atest mark Jonathan Phillips Angus G Phillips Georgia ) Personally came before me James A.
