Ray of the county of Coweta of the one part & Israel Hinesman of the same place of the other part Witnesseth that the said Andrew T. Ray for in consideration of the sum of Two hundred & twenty five Dollars to him in hand paid by the said Israel Hinesman at & before the signing & delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hat granted, bargained & sold & do by these presents bargain sell 7 deliver unto the said Israel Hinesman a certain parcel or tract of Land situate lying & being in the second District of Coweta County, containing one hundred & one & a quarter acres be the same more or less being the west half of Lot of Land Number Two hundred (No 200) in the said Second District of Coweta County & State aforesaid & the said Andrew T. Ray doth bind himself his heirs Executors & Administrators Jointly & Severally firmly by these presents to warrant & forever defend the before mentioned premises unto the said Israel Hinesman his heirs & assigns to have & to hold the same in fee simple to their own proper use benefit & behoof forever & I the said Andrew Ray do Warrant & forever defend the said premises unto the said Israel Hinesman his heirs & assigns from myself my heirs Executors & Administrators & from every other person Whatever unto the said Israel Hinesman his heirs & assigns In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal the day & year above written Signed sealed & delivered in } presence of us } A.
