H. Fry of the same place of the other part Witnesseth that the said John Rowland for & in consideration of the sum of Eight Hundred & fifty Dollars to him in hand paid at and before the Sealing and Delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold and conveyed and doth by these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the said H. H. Fry his heirs Executors administrators and assigns all that tract or parcel of Land situate lying & being in the fourth district Section of Coweta County and State of Georgia known and distinguished in the plan of Said District as No. 61 & 62 containing in all Two hundred and ninty five acres more or less the whole of Lot No 61 & ninty (INK SMEAR - ILLEGIBLE) acres of Lot No Sixty Two To have and to hold all and singular the premises aforesaid with all the rights members & appurtenances to the said H. H. Fry his heirs executors administrators and assigns forever in fee simple and I the said John Rowland will forever warrant and defend the right and title of said premises from myself my heirs executors administrators and assigns an from every person whatever unto the said H. H. Fry his heirs executors administrators and assigns for their own proper use benefit and behoof forever.
