W. Hendrix of the same place of the other part. Witnesseth that the said A A Tomlin for and in consideration of the Sum of Two Hundred dollars (200.00) to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold and conveyed and doth by these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the said R W Hendrix his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the Second district of Said County of Coweta and known and distinguished in the plan of said district as fifty acres of the North end of lot of land number one hundred and three containing fifty acres more or less to have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land together with all the rights members and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining to him the said R W Hendrix his heirs executors and assigns for his own property use benefit and behoof forever in fee simple and the said A A Tomlin for himself his heirs executors and assigns the said bargained premises unto to the said RW Hendrix his heirs and assigns the right and title thereof will warrant and defend against the claims of all other persons whatever.
